Chocolate Covered Strawberries

There are many variations when it comes to chocolate covered strawberries. This variation is one of the easiest and best I have found.
16 ounces chocolate chips (whatever kind you desire).
1 pound washed and very well dried strawberries, stems on.

Melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly until just melted and smooth.

Cool on wax paper until chocolate has formed a hard shell around the strawberries.
