1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup green onion
1 cup halved grapes (must)
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tsp curry
1 tsp tarragon
1/4 cup slivered carrots
1/4 cup raisins/ crasins (optional)
toasted cashews (must)
maybe a little salt too.
I serve it with lettuce on a croissant. I think it is the grapes and curry that make the difference. The book calls for chutney. I don't use it but I think it would be good.
If you forget it; it is a lot like the recipe in Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook.
