Ingredients:
1 cup Almonds
2 sticks butter

With lightly floured hands, roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until bottoms are light brown. Cool. Gently roll warm cookies in remaining confectioners' sugar. Cool, then roll in sugar again. Refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes 64 cookies.
