Chocolate Bark

1.Line baking sheet with foil.
2.Pick your ingredients
Chocolate: 1 pound
Bittersweet
Semisweet
White Chocolate
Half bittersweet and half white chocolate swirled together.
Crunchy Topping:
1/2 cup chopped
Almonds
Walnuts
Pecans
Cashews
Peanuts
Pine Nuts
Chewy Topping:
1/2 cup, chopped
Dried Figs
Dried Cherries
Dried Cranberries
Raisins
Dried Apricots
Mini Marshmallows
3.Melt Chocolate
Microwave 30 seconds then stir with rubber spatula. Continue until melted.
4. Spread it out
Pour chocolate onto reserved baking sheet. Use the rubber spatula to spread to about 1/4 inch thick.
5.Add you toppings
Press crunchy and chewy toppings into the chocolate, arranging them so each bite has a mix of flavors and textures. Let bark harden completely at room temperature.
Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks.
