Today is Independence day, the hottest day of the year. The celebration of the birth of the United States. This also happens to be the biggest day for barbecuing, over any other. Whether it is hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, seafood, or ribs, someone is going to the grill. Which is why we chose to look into how others are doing it on the grill this time of year for our Weekly Chef and Cooking Site spotlight.
