It's May already! This month celebrates Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day. Alas, it also is the last month of Spring. Oh how fast this season has gone by! However, it also means that summer is around the corner. So, for some of us, that means spring cleaning should be at a full sprint, to do lists straightened, vacations booked, and gardens to get ready for sowing! This month celebrates a wide variety of National Food Holidays, all that can be celebrated even by those who don't plan be in the kitchen as much. So happy May Day and enjoy a month of celebrations!
